After determination of all parameters used for commercial evaluation of seeds, we can measure mycotoxins such as aflatoxin, fumonisin, vomitoxin, zearalenon. CATAS is inserted into the official list of laboratories authorized to carry out analytical controls for producers and sellers of food and beverages according to the CE Reg. 852/2004 and 853/2004.
CATAS is also equipped to support companies in the following phases of HACCP System application:
-    analytical research of chemical and biological risk agents;
-    writing of control procedures;
-    system control analysis;
-    management of reporting documentation.
